This picture took a long time to make and it paid off, to make something similar follow the instructions ahead. To make a similar picture you first must take the picture then save it on your computer, then you crop the right half of the picture then you have to erase every thing other than you and your clothes. After that you begin to draw an outline of you left side on the left side of the image, use the eye dropper tool to copy your skin for realistic skin color. Then fill in the skin by drawing it in using the paint brush if you have kid pix, if you have MS paint use the paint bucket. After the skin add details like a eye, half of a nose, and half of a mouth. Then add shading to the image making it look more realistic.Finally add back ground that is a solid color.
